Big Pink Link #101

Good Morning lovely Pink Linkers, I hope you’ve all had a wonderful week. It looks like the spring sunshine is making a reappearance this week so lets keep our fingers crossed. Apologies for the technical mishap last week, I’ve done some tweaking and hopefully this post will actually publish today!! It was great to get back into hosting last week and I loved reading all your blog posts and cannot wait to read all your posts again this week. I’m still not writing at the moment so I don’t have a host post to share with you all, but please do give Laura’s post all the love. Scroll on down for last weeks WOWs and this weeks Big Pink Link Party!!

Last Weeks WOWs:

Kirsty’s WOWs-

My first wow is this post about Being More Than Just Mummy. One of the strange and unexpected side effects of parenthood is the loss of identity you suffer. Surely we are still in there somewhere? Finding our own self again is a tricky one but a journey that is well worth taking. We are all more than a Mummy.

My second Wow is this post from Raising Badgers all about Podcasts worth listening to. Podcasts are a recent discovery for me and I am hooked. I have only found a couple that I have been enjoying but this list for 10 podcasts is brilliant. From real crime investigations to a hilarious reading of an erotic book… (trust me it’s worth it). I love this list and I have found some new obsessions to listen to.

My WOWs-

My first wow is from Old House in the Shires, about how her teenager thinks she’s stupid. Reading this made me realise I probably had the same feelings towards my Mum as teen but now I think she’s more than a little awesome. Now I’m looking forward to embarrassing my girls when they’re teens!!

My second wow comes from Bryony, Perfectly Imperfect Mama about baby wearing. I have all the love for baby wearing so any posts about the benefits of baby wearing and how to do it are always going to be a huge hit with me.
